About

The Element is a place where high school students can be a follower of Jesus in our culture. They can hang out with other followers of Jesus, worship with them, learn about God, and share this all with their friends who may not yet know Jesus. Our goal is to provide a place where students can encounter God in a non-judgmental atmosphere.  We have an amazing team of adult volunteers who love high school students and who invest their lives them

Events 

• During the school year, we meet on Wednesdays from 7:00ish - 9:00ish pm at Riv's Holt Venue (located at 3585 Willoughby Road). This is when we have worship, review the teaching from the previous weekend's services, have small groups, and time for students to connect with each other

• We have a Retreat/Lock-In in the Fall and a Winter Retreat

• We go on a week-long missional trip to Monterrey, Mexico during the summer. There will be informational meetings about the July 2009 trip on Sunday, November 9 and 16 after the 11:30ish am service in the MOD at the Holt Venue. If you or your high school student have any interest in the trip, please attend one of these meetings.
